Project features cosmetic updates inside the units. A heavy focus was on preserving as much existing items as possible like cabinetry, counters, and flooring as to not introduce additional debris into the waste stream. The original siding was protected during construction. To reduce energy costs, insulation was added to the exterior walls above and below grade as well as the attic floor.
