As a current or prospective condominium unit owner in an SCI community, welcome to the SCI Unit Owner Portal! We hope we can bring organization, efficiency, and ease to every home owners association we represent.
Below are some resources that you may find useful. We are always welcome to feedback about your experience in the associations we manage, or what resources would be helpful for us to include on this page.
We use the property management platform, Buildium, to manage all unit owner accounts. If you do not currently have access to your account, please reach out. On this Platform you will find community announcements, governing documents, your personal ledger, and other helpful information specific to your community and account. Please see below for more information.
Buildium Resident Center:
Communication, Maintenance Inquiries & ePay
All existing unit owners should have an account through the Resident Center on our property management platform, Buildium. The website to access the center is https://sustainablecomfortinc.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/login (please be sure to bookmark this link). If you don’t have a login to the Resident Center, please email us at propertymanager@greenrater.com and we will get you one right away.
On our Resident Center you can submit inquiries, see your balance owed, communicate with us, and submit HOA fee payments through ePay.
Buildium gives us a way to have your information, accounting and communications all in one place.
