Original apartment layout was reconfigured to add an additional bathroom to each floor. Each kitchen has a granite island and stainless-steel appliances. Minimal upper cabinets were added as to not obstruct the natural light from the kitchen windows. Each unit features a walk-in closet and the first floor has a study space flooded with natural light from three window walls. Plumbing, electrical, and heating systems were fully upgraded to increase energy efficiency along with fully insulating the basement and exterior walls, and replacing the windows and exterior doors. A large porch on the first level that was once enclosed was opened up to provide a communal gathering space for all the residents.
