This renovation project fully restored 7 units in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Worcester. Each unit received new modern style, eat in kitchens with custom cabinets, new energy efficient appliances, and build in desks featuring hardwood floors and trim brought back to full glory craftsmanship. Full bathrooms include water efficient heads, insulated walls and efficient LED lighting throughout. Siding was replaced along with windows and doors to reduce energy costs for the building. Units feature open back porches to encourage neighborhood socialization. The team also worked with the city to install additional security features, like a municipal fire alarm system and security cameras to monitor the property and address the ability of other development usage.
