The project includes the renovation of 51 existing apartments with an additional 37 units added to the building for 77 total units in the 12-story masonry structure. Construction was completed in October of 2024. The project was funded through the New York State Homes and Community Renewal 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, with a $1.1 Million Clean Energy Incentive award for the geothermal system and additional energy efficiency features of the project.
