Sustainable Comfort, Inc. (SCI) is a Worcester, Massachusetts based firm focused on delivering high performance multifamily buildings. Better Construction, Lower Impacts

Our construction team takes the principles from the green building practices our consultants advise on, and uses them on the buildings we construct and renovate. Each of our buildings gets top-notch safety upgrades, low-flow water fixtures, high-efficiency heating, cooling, and domestic hot water equipment, new windows, and air sealing so that moisture, pests, and energy are not exchanged between apartments.

The development team reimagines neighborhoods by designing for the needs of today’s demographic, engineering for energy efficiency, and renovating for longevity—all without sacrificing the historic charm. Our integrated approach to design, engineering, construction, and management gives us control of every aspect of the project lifecycle.
